Experience
Mr. Wells has provided mechanical engineering designs throughout the southeast since 2003. His project experience includes both renovation and new construction design for multi-family housing, condominiums, schools, office buildings, laboratories, chiller plants, and industrial exhaust systems for both the public and private sector.
Mr. Wells spent 10 years, as a technician, Systems Integrator and Project Manager at one of the largest temperature controls and building automation contractors in the southeast. His experience includes the design and programming of control systems for water treatment plants, banks, hotels/motels, schools and offices. He was Project Manager for the base-wide upgrade/replacement of the control systems in all facilities at both Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field, FL. He was involved in integrating systems from various control vendors including Siemens Staefa, Barber-Colman, Automated Logic, as well as open protocol systems (LON and BacNET).
In addition, Mr. Wells previously served as the President and Vice Chair of the North Florida Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council.
