Renovation of existing 6,615 SF 1950’s building for Financial Management and Investment Corporation, previously used as a fellowship hall. The building had been vacant for some time and was in a state of disrepair.

W3 Engineering provided Mechanical Engineering services for HVAC, fire protection and plumbing design services to renovate the existing 6000 sq. ft. Knights of Columbus Building (Open Assembly type building) on the corner of Palafox and Jackson St. in Downtown Pensacola as Open Office Space with private offices and conference room space.
