Garden Gateway Building

Garden Gateway Building is located in the Aragon neighborhood of the Seville Historic District in Downtown Pensacola, Florida. The five-story, Class A Office building was completed in 2018 and features a total of 48,000 square feet. W3 Engineering, Inc. provided HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design for the project. The HVAC system features a Variable Refrigerant Flow system with a mixture of concealed ducted units, ceiling cassettes and wall mount units. This system was selected by the building owner for its efficiency and ability to be adapted to the various tenant build outs. Servis First Bank provided financing and became the first tenant in the building, claiming the prime first floor along busy Garden Street.
