Provided Commercial Energy Audit for the Life Management Center of Northwest Florida Secure Housing Unit. Project provided payback analysis, life cycle cost analysis, and recommendation of energy conservation measures to serve as a model for campus-wide energy upgrades. Project included developing Energy Conservation Measures and an 8,760 hour Energy Model of the building with proposed energy savings of each Energy Conservation Measure.
Recommendations included LED lighting retrofit and DDC controls upgrade. Other long term payback upgrades such as Chilled Water Plant conversion, Heat Pump Water Heaters, and Hot Water plant upgrades where recommended to be performed at the end of useful life of the existing equipment.
