Current Annex Housing Facility consists of open well geothermal system, which had severe problems with equipment and well field failure. W3 Engineering provided technical analysis with proposed solutions to correct the issues along with commissioning the systems.
Project scope included a Life Cycle Cost Analysis for long term solutions at the facility moving forward.
