W3 Engineering Inc. provided HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection design services for the new four-story mixed-use office and retail Urban Core Office Building on the corner of Intendencia and Jefferson in Downtown Pensacola.
The $14.3 million, 56,000 square-foot building feature retail spaces and a restaurant space on the first floor, and office space on the second through fourth floors.
Clark Partington – Attorneys at Law occupies the top two floors of the Urban Core Office Building. W3 also provided design and consulting services for the tenant build outs of the law office, restaurant, and retail spaces.
